Job summary

Eaton’s North America Sales division seeks a Lead Services Sales Engineer within 50 miles of Kennewick, WA, Spokane, WA, and Boise, ID, with Montana coverage. You will sell electrical services to diverse customers, manage relationships, and support distributors and end users with technical expertise.

You will collaborate with Eaton’s internal teams, train channel partners, and act as a regional SME for services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum five (5) years of sales, field service or electrical industry experience.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to travel 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

Sell Eaton’s electrical services to industrial, utility, commercial, data center and institutional customers.
Manage customer relationships and provide sales support and technical expertise to distributors, end users, contractors and specifiers.
Build relationships with Eaton internal operations and product lines to support customers and grow sales.
Consult with customers and provide solutions to problems and pain points.
Maintain regional responsibility for all services orders activity in Eaton’s market segments.
Train and empower channel partners and manufacturing agents to sell services.
Serve as subject matter expert on services offering for the sales organization.
Act as the voice of the customer to services operations and marketing teams to ensure high customer service.
