Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction programs in the Texas region. You will partner with branch leaders, executives, and field leadership to drive strategy, deliver on schedule, and maximize client satisfaction.

You will mentor project teams, manage complex contracts, and ensure safety, quality, and financial performance across portfolios.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in electrical construction or related project environments.
• Experience leading large-scale, high-value projects from initiation to closeout.
• Proven accountability for budget, forecasting, and margin optimization.
• Experience with multi-phase, accelerated, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to manage executive-level client relationships and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex projects or programs and ensure financial objectives.
• Own project/portfolio P&L, budgeting, forecasting and risk management.
• Develop and implement execution strategies across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as primary executive contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Lead contract strategy, change orders, and dispute resolution.
• Mentor Project Managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Drive safety, quality, and client satisfaction across projects.
