Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Service Manager experience in commercial electrical.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, scheduling, estimating, and service operations.
• Experience coordinating with Austin Energy and obtaining permits in Austin/area.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership for 25+ employees across Service, Construction, and Lighting teams.
• Develop and execute strategies for departmental growth and long-term success.
• Lead weekly Service Department meetings and promote accountability.
• Create and monitor departmental budgets and financial performance.
• Review timesheets, billings, and invoices; maintain customer relationships.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage manpower and resources.
