Job summary

Ruveon is seeking a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliable operation of electrical systems and process equipment in our Muscatine facility. You will analyze data, perform root cause analyses, and implement improvement plans to boost uptime and safety.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in electrical engineering, 6+ years of experience, and familiarity with high voltage systems (up to 13.8kV) and NFPA 70/70E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Six years of progressive engineering experience.
• Experience with DC/AC voltage up to 13.8kV.
• Working knowledge of National Electrical Code (NFPA 70 and 70E).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the operability, reliability, and integrity of electrical assets.
• Analyze data to identify failures and implement reliability improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis and failure mode effects analyses to improve equipment reliability.
• Support electrical distribution systems and infrastructure projects within the Muscatine facility.
• Develop and maintain equipment documentation and training for operation and maintenance.
