Job summary

Ruveon seeks a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliability and uptime of process equipment at the Muscatine facility. You will analyze data, lead root cause analyses, and implement maintenance strategies to improve safety and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's in electrical engineering or related field, plus progressive engineering experience or a Master’s with four years. NFPA 70/70E knowledge and DC/AC up to 13.8kV are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field required.
• Six years of progressive engineering experience or a Master’s with four years.
• Experience with DC/AC voltages up to 13.8kV.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 70 and 70E.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operability, reliability, and integrity of assigned assets.
• Support electrical distribution systems and infrastructure projects in the Muscatine facility.
• Lead root cause analysis and reliability improvements for process equipment.
• Develop and maintain equipment documentation and training for operations.
• Coordinate plant safety and reliability inspections.
