Job summary

Ruveon in Muscatine, IA seeks a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliable plant performance. You will analyze data, lead root cause analyses, and implement reliability-centered maintenance across 480V–13.8kV systems.

You will coordinate turnarounds, support electrical infrastructure projects, and work with OEMs and SAP for spare strategies and documentation. Strong safety focus required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field required.
• Minimum six years of progressive engineering experience or Master’s with four years.
• Experience with high voltage systems up to 13.8 kV preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operability, reliability, and integrity of assigned assets.
• Provide electrical distribution support and plant safety/compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis and reliability studies.
• Coordinate turnarounds and inspections for Muscatine facility.
• Develop equipment documentation, spare strategies, and modifications.
