Job summary

Ruveon in Muscatine, IA seeks a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliable operation of process equipment and electrical infrastructure. You will analyze data, implement reliability-centered maintenance, and drive improvements across cross-functional teams.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s in electrical engineering and 6+ years of engineering experience (or a Master’s with 4+ years). Knowledge of DC/AC up to 13.8kV and NFPA 70E is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
Six years of progressive engineering experience or Master’s degree with four years of engineering experience.
Experience with DC/AC voltage up to 13.8kV (a plus).
Working knowledge of National Electrical Code (NFPA 70 and 70E).

Responsibilities

Understand and uphold Ruveon electrical norms, standards and procedures.
Provide equipment support for maintenance of area process operations.
Ensure operability, reliability, and integrity of assigned assets.
Support electrical distribution systems and infrastructure projects at the Muscatine facility.
Lead root cause analysis and reliability studies to improve asset performance.
