Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline or knowledge completed by Aug 2027.
Fundamental knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems in process operations.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work with direction from senior engineers.

Responsibilities

Understand and follow Bayer electrical norms and safety guidelines.
Support improvement projects (safety, yield, capacity, quality, reliability, cost).
Specify instruments and control devices for plant applications.
Review vendor information for instrumentation and electrical components.
Prepare maintenance plans to restore equipment promptly and document activities.
Collaborate with other engineers and technicians on performance improvements.
Create/modify process operation documentation including electrical drawings and P&IDs.
