Job summary

N/A is seeking a Project Executive in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to provide senior leadership for multiple complex electrical construction projects. You will guide project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires extensive electrical construction and project management experience, with emphasis on cost controls, scheduling, and risk management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires an Electrical Engineering degree or Electrical Trade Diploma
• 15+ years of electrical construction experience including 10+ years as a Project Manager and 5+ years leading large projects
• Experience with estimating, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost controls, and change management
• Familiarity with VDC, constructability reviews, and prefabrication solutions preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and field leadership teams
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, billing, productivity, staffing, procurement, and reporting
• Review plans and GC schedules to identify scope gaps and cost-saving opportunities
• Support estimating, value engineering, buyout, cost-code setup, cash-flow planning, and change management
• Ensure compliance with safety, QA/QC, and project-control standards
• Identify and mitigate risks related to schedule, labor, materials, site conditions, and client requirements
• Maintain relationships with owners, clients, GCs, vendors, and trade partners
• Participate in key project meetings and communicate issues affecting cost/schedule/safety/quality
• Drive improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve client satisfaction
• Establish project leadership goals and foster a positive team culture
