You will own the project’s financials, schedule, and risk while managing client relationships and executive communications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in electrical construction, testing, commissioning, engineering services, or industrial field services.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $500,000 in contract value.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
• Experience interpreting contracts and managing change orders.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from inception to close, including P&L responsibility and schedule execution.
• Develop and manage detailed project budgets and monitor cost performance.
• Interpret and manage contract requirements; lead change management and RFIs.
• Identify and pursue change order opportunities while managing billing cycles.
• Lead cross-functional field teams and ensure high-quality execution and turnover.
