Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years in electrical project management, specifically with industrial control systems or power systems.
Proficient with MS Office and project management tools.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning to closeout.
Monitor budgets, costs, and cash flow; provide forecasting.
Serve as liaison between field, clients, and internal departments.
Coordinate requirements between departments to present a unified client front.
Identify and manage change orders and expanded scopes.
Allocate resources and coordinate subcontractors as needed.
Promote safety as a personal core value and in all project activities.
Interface with accounting on paperwork and investigations; perform special projects.
