Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years managing complex electrical, industrial, utility, engineering, or EPC projects.
• PMO/portfolio leadership experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Business Central, WIP methodologies, revenue recognition, forecasting, and project controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5–6 Project Managers.
• Provide oversight for 100+ active projects annually across multiple service lines.
• Conduct portfolio reviews, resource planning reviews, and project health assessments.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, and risks.
• Lead periodic WIP and financial reviews and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Drive continuous improvement and PM best practices.
