Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in electrical construction leadership, strong communication, and a track record of delivering on time and on budget while mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in electrical construction.
• Experience directing full operations lifecycle in large markets.
• Strong safety culture and OSHA compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of multi-project electrical construction operations.
• Manage portfolio exceeding $50M annually across market sectors.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with safety, planning, procurement, and finance teams.
