Lighthouse Electric Company, Inc. seeks a Project Executive to direct executive oversight of construction operations across high-value electrical projects. You will manage multi-trade teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive project profitability and client satisfaction.

With 10+ years in leadership within electrical construction, you will lead budgets, schedules, and cross-functional collaboration while influencing enterprise safety culture and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience directing the full operations lifecycle within an assigned market of a business unit.
• Program level management experience in a multi-trade environment with MEP trades.
• Experience providing executive oversight of construction operations on multiple large-scale electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of construction operations on multiple large-scale electrical projects, aligning with company goals, safety standards, quality expectations, and client interests.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value projects typically exceeding $50 million annually across market sectors.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, successful project delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships as the primary executive contact throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure NEC and applicable regulations compliance; coordinate with project controls for budgets and forecasts.
• Drive safety leadership and continuous improvement in jobsite safety performance.
• Collaborate with estimating and procurement to support competitive bids and change orders.
