Job summary

Thomson Power Systems, a Regal Rexnord company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects in Arlington, Texas. This fully onsite role reports to the Manager of Project Management and collaborates with operations and field service teams.

The role requires a strong track record in electrical power distribution projects, hands-on familiarity with switchgear or power distribution products, and excellent communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electrical power distribution, engineering, or project management.
• 5+ years of project management ownership of scope, cost, schedules, vendors and customers.
• 3–5 years in electrical power distribution with exposure to Low/Medium Voltage products.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; PMP preferred.
• ERP/PM experience including SAP and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee project financials: invoicing, cost tracking, cash flow.
• Drive formal project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, supply chain, and trade compliance.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Support continuous improvement in project management practices.
