Job summary

Thomson Power Systems, a Regal Rexnord company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive electrical power distribution projects in our Arlington, Texas facility. This fully onsite role collaborates with operations, sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and budgets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Candidates should have 10+ years in related fields, 5+ years PM experience, and experience with SAP/MS Project. PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 10 years of progressive experience in related fields.
• 5+ years of project management experience with ownership of scope, cost, and schedule.
• 3–5 years in electrical power distribution with hands-on exposure to switchgear or distribution units.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion with scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Ensure project execution meets contractual requirements and internal guidelines.
• Oversee project financials including invoicing, cost tracking, expenses, and cash flow.
• Drive formal project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, supply chain, and trade compliance.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to project management best practices.
