Morrow-Meadows Corporation is seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager for its Electrical Division in City of Industry, CA. The role oversees project engineers and administrative tasks, ensuring budgets, schedules, and change orders are managed effectively.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in electrical project administration with strong organizational skills and a solid technical background in electrical installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience managing the administrative requirements of electrical projects, including projects of $3M or larger.
• Strong technical understanding of materials and methods used in electrical installations.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Manage project engineers and support staff on assigned projects.
• Take final accountability for all administrative duties on the project.
• Follow up with customers on payment status and collections.
• Prepare project budgets and breakdown labor task codes for internal tracking.
• Interface with the customer and office on major administrative issues.
• Prepare and negotiate change orders and track progress.
• Prepare and review monthly job projections and RFIs.
