Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing the administrative requirements of electrical projects (≥ $3M).
• Strong technical understanding of materials and methods used in electrical installations.
• Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to drive long distances within Northern California.

Responsibilities

• Manage project engineers and support staff.
• Maintain accountability for administrative duties on assigned projects.
• Track payments, budgets, and labor task codes for internal reporting.
• Prepare change orders, monthly projections, RFIs, submittals, and sourcing.
• Attend jobsite meetings and coordinate with foremen on methods and materials.
• Establish and monitor project schedules and resolve conflicts.
