Job summary

Morrow Meadows Corporation in City of Industry, CA is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead electrical project estimates and manage large bidding efforts. You will analyze drawings, coordinate with clients and vendors, and guide junior staff to deliver accurate cost proposals.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in electrical construction, strong project knowledge, and proficiency in ACCUBID, Bluebeam, and MS Office. On-site role with potential client visits and post-bid activities.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience in electrical construction.
• Projects up to $15 million in electrical value.
• Strong electrical knowledge in commercial construction, including low voltage systems.
• Proficient in ACCUBID, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Customer focused with leadership and managerial skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings to prepare detailed estimates using current estimating software.
• Manage large/multiple project estimates independently.
• Lead a team of junior estimators on a project pursuit.
• Prepare detailed proposals and bid forms for customers.
• Review estimates with Chief Estimator before submission.
• Support preconstruction with cost estimates in design pursuits.
