Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead the direction, completion, and financial outcomes for multiple electrical construction projects.

You will supervise project managers and assistants to deliver exceptional results for clients and proactively develop new business opportunities with current and potential customers. The role requires a strong knowledge of electrical systems, extensive leadership, and a proven track record of managing complex projects on time and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• PE license is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Set project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Supervise project managers and staff in day-to-day administration of a job.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders on the project.
• Maintain logs to track project progress and performance.
• Coordinate with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract financials to protect company interests.
