Job summary

LiveWire Construction, Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical projects from preconstruction through commissioning.

The role emphasizes lighting, power distribution and low-voltage systems in commercial, industrial and data center environments. You will manage budgets, schedules, and safety, coordinate field teams, and ensure code compliance and high-quality installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years' experience in electrical construction or industrial project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of power distribution, lighting controls, and low-voltage cabling.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and construction management software.
• Experience with data center/mission-critical electrical installations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from conception through commissioning.
• Coordinate installation for lighting, power distribution, and low-voltage systems.
• Manage budgets, labor hours, material procurement, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with field personnel, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure standards compliance.
• Ensure adherence to NEC/CEC and OSHA safety requirements.
• Conduct preconstruction planning, change orders, and documentation for claims.
