Mass. Electric Construction Co. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Electrical Construction.

You will lead complex industrial projects across water, wastewater and power generation markets, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and client relations. The role offers hands-on training, rapid growth, and exposure to high-profile projects across North America, with travel to support assignments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a four‑year college or university.
10+ years of related experience in the infrastructure or industrial industry.
Competent in project control and administration software including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Manage planning and delivery of complex industrial projects across engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, equipment and client relations.
Drive project performance by implementing effective work methods, scheduling, cost control and technical excellence.
Ensure team capabilities align with project demands and foster continuous improvement and professional development.
Direct multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring clear communication, coordination and accountability to meet scope, schedule and budget objectives.
Establish procedures consistent with contracts and quality plans; oversee project controls, schedules and budgets.
Serve as project representative with client, general contractor, subcontractors and vendors at kickoff meetings and reviews.
