Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a four-year college or university.
• 10+ years of related experience in infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Proficient with project-control software including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and delivery of complex industrial projects across water, wastewater, and power generation.
• Drive project performance with effective scheduling, cost control, and technical excellence.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Establish project procedures aligned with contracts and quality plans; oversee controls, schedules, and budgets.
• Represent the project with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors at key meetings.
