Mass. Electric Construction Co. (MEC) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex industrial projects across water, wastewater, and power generation markets.

Based in Irvine, CA, you will manage engineering, procurement, construction, and client relations while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a four-year college or university.
• 10+ years of related experience in infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Proficient with project control software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and delivery of complex industrial projects including ENG, procurement, construction and client relations.
• Drive project performance through scheduling, cost control, and technical excellence.
• Ensure team capabilities align with project demands and promote continuous improvement.
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with clients, GCs, subs and vendors.
• Establish procedures, controls, and budgets per contract documents and quality plans.
• Represent the project in meetings, reviews, and communications with stakeholders.
• Coordinate training and compliance measures, and manage scope changes.
• Maintain regular client communication and adapt deliverables to meet contractual needs.
