Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience with leadership or general superintendent roles on large civil projects.
• Strong ability to lead diverse field teams and coordinate with multiple trades.
• Experience managing contracts, schedules and client relations on industrial sites.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow Superintendents and lead field teams.
• Review and approve labor rates and manage contract administration with subcontractors.
• Develop client relations programs and coordinate problem resolution with the client on site.
• Attend and lead project meetings, manage monthly cost updates and cash flow projections.
• Review and approve change orders and support project completion and turnover.
• Maintain daily records and ensure timely performance evaluations for direct reports.
