Job summary

STO Building Group, through LF Driscoll, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support data center projects. You will oversee electrical systems, drive project success, and align quality, client satisfaction and profitability goals.

You will manage project staff, coordinate with owners and tenants, review documentation, monitor schedules and budgets, and prepare change orders and close-out packages to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Science.
• 10–15 years in commercial construction management.
• Heavy Electrical background preferred; subcontractor experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical systems throughout the construction management process.
• Manage all staff assigned to project and coordinate with owner and stakeholders.
• Oversee documentation and administrative aspects of project management execution.
