Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for critical power systems, including UPS, switchgear, PDUs, and generators. The role manages projects from preconstruction through closeout for data centers, hospitals, and manufacturing facilities, with flexibility for on-site work in Lowell, AR, Lenexa, KS, or Dallas, TX within ~200 miles.

The successful candidate will lead multi-discipline teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure safety and quality, and communicate effectively with clients

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an electrical project manager.
• Experience with UPS, switchgear, PDUs, generators, and transfer switches.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation and scheduling.
• Experience with engineered drawings, bid specs, and construction takeoffs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management from preconstruction to closeout.
• Oversee electrical systems including UPS, switchgear, PDUs, and generators.
• Manage safety, schedule, quality, and financial performance.
• Budget forecasting and cost control; manage project profitability.
• Write subcontractor scopes and manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate internal teams and client milestones.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and documentation.
