Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for critical power projects, including UPS, switchgear, PDUs, and backup generators. The role covers full lifecycle management from preconstruction to closeout in environments like data centers, hospitals, and manufacturing facilities.

Based in Lenexa, KS or AR/Dallas area with up to 200 miles remote flexibility; contract-to-hire, $50.00-$62.50/hr, benefits package included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical project management experience.
• Experience with UPS, switchgear, PDUs, backup generators, and transfer switches.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of critical power projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee UPS, switchgear, PDUs, backup generators, and transfer switches.
• Ensure safety, schedule adherence, execution quality, and financial performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and client communications.
• Prepare schedules, invoices, and project documentation.
