Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical project management experience in commercial contracting.
• Proven success delivering large-scale commercial, healthcare, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring emerging leaders.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and contract management skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Excel, and construction management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Provide oversight of project schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, and resource planning.
• Manage and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field leadership teams.
• Drive project profitability through contract administration, cost control, and change order management.
• Collaborate with owners, general contractors, engineers, and trade partners to ensure project success.
• Support business development by strengthening client relationships and identifying future opportunities.
• Participate in executive project reviews and provide leadership on risk management and project strategy.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality NEC requirements, and client protocols.
• Support preconstruction planning, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
