Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks a Lead Electrical Power Project Coordinator to provide senior-level field and project coordination for complex electrical power projects in mission-critical environments.

You will work with management, engineering, field services, and clients to ensure delivery, QA/QC, and commissioning are on schedule and within budget. The role requires strong leadership, heavy coordination, and deep knowledge of power distribution equipment, switchgear, UPS, and related

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years field and/or project experience in electrical construction or data centers.
Journeyman or master's electrical license is a plus.
Experience coordinating complex electrical power projects and field activities.
Strong ability to read electrical drawings, one-lines, and project documentation.
Experience with L1-L5 commissioning processes and integrated testing.

Responsibilities

Coordinate schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and progress with Senior Project Managers.
Oversee day-to-day field activities for electrical power equipment installation and project execution.
Collaborate with engineering, commissioning, field service, vendors, contractors, and clients.
Coordinate equipment delivery, staging, installation, testing, and turnover activities.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track project deliverables to stakeholders.
