Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead mission-critical and industrial electrical construction in Phoenix, AZ. This onsite role anchors preconstruction through project completion on a multi-phase development with substantial electrical scope and long-term opportunity.

The role targets individuals with 5+ years in electrical PM, strong GC/electrical contractor background, and proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management.
• Experience with large commercial, industrial or data center projects.
• Electrical contractor/electrical construction background required.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from preconstruction through completion, including schedule, budget, billing, cash flow, procurement and subcontracts.
• Maintain an active onsite presence and monitor project progress, quality, safety and staffing.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, vendors, field leadership, engineers and estimators.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, submittals, invoices and project documentation.
• Support and mentor Project Managers and project team members.
• Participate in estimating, contract review and manpower planning.
• Build and maintain strong owner, contractor and supplier relationships.
