Job summary

Lemartec Corporation, a national general contractor, seeks a Project Director to lead senior project managers and field staff across multiple projects. You will manage scope, budgets, and schedules, while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

You will partner with Business Development to shape win plans, develop execution strategies, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to deliver high-value projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 15 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager on commercial and/or industrial projects.
• 5 years of experience as a Project Director.
• Ability to travel within the U.S.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $250M in value.
• Design-build project experience and knowledge of EH&S and QA/QC standards.

Responsibilities

• Reports to and receives strategic project (P&L) guidance from the Vice President of Strategic Operations.
• Provides direction to assigned project reports including senior project managers and field staff.
• Manages budgets, schedules, and project controls to deliver on contract requirements.
• Oversees risk, change management, quality assurance, and environmental, health & safety programs.
• Leads business development efforts in win plans and contract negotiations when needed.
• Maintains client communications and ensures turnover and final project acceptance.
