Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction programs, owning P&L, schedule, and client satisfaction across complex portfolios. You will drive strategic execution with branch leaders, executives, and field teams to deliver safe, on-time, and budgeted results.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in electrical construction or related project environments.
• Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-phase projects.
• Experience managing project or portfolio financial performance.
• Ability to lead contract strategy, negotiation, and change resolution.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams including field operations and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex projects or programs with aligned budgets and schedules.
• Own P&L, forecasting, and margin optimization for projects or portfolios.
• Develop execution strategies across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Serve as executive-level point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Mentor Project Managers and develop organizational PM capabilities.
• Oversee procurement strategies for equipment and vendors.
