Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, high-value electrical construction programs. You will own end-to-end delivery, including budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction, while guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring junior PMs.

You will serve as the primary executive contact for clients and general contractors, driving risk management, procurement, and strategic execution to protect margins and ensure operational excellence across projects.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in electrical construction or related project-based environments.
• Proven experience independently leading large-scale, high-value projects or multiple programs.
• Accountability for project or portfolio financial performance, including budget and forecasting.
• Experience managing multi-phase, accelerated, or highly coordinated projects (mission critical, industrial, large commercial).
• Ability to lead contract strategy, negotiation, and change management.
• Proven track record of managing executive-level client relationships.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (field ops, engineering, BIM, prefabrication, service).
• Experience developing procurement and long-lead item strategies.
• Ability to drive performance, improve productivity, and protect margin.
• Mentoring Project Managers and assisting in talent development.
• Support for business development and client retention activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large, complex projects or programs with alignment to contracts, schedules, and financial goals.
• Own and manage project P&L, budgets, forecasting, and margin optimization.
• Develop and implement execution strategies across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as executive-level client contact to build and maintain relationships.
• Lead contract strategy, negotiation, and resolution of changes or disputes.
• Drive financial performance, cost control, and value realization.
• Oversee procurement strategy for major equipment and long-lead items.
• Mentor Project Managers and develop project management capabilities.
• Coordinate across field operations, engineering, BIM, and support functions for integrated execution.
• Identify and manage enterprise risks (operational, financial, contractual).
• Prepare executive-level reports on performance, risks, and strategic considerations.
• Contribute to business development and client retention initiatives.
