Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects, including mission-critical and high-value portfolios. You will own project strategy, budget, schedule, and client satisfaction while guiding multiple teams across field operations, engineering, and procurement.

The ideal candidate brings 8–12+ years in electrical construction, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive electrical construction/project-based experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, high-value projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and executive-level client relationships.
• Experience with contract strategy, change orders, claims, and disputes.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects or portfolios, ensuring contract, schedule, and financial objectives are met.
• Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization.
• Develop and implement execution strategies across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as primary executive contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Mentor Project Managers and drive organizational capability.
