Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Project Leader 3 to helm large electrical projects ranging from $100M to $250M+. You will manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout and play a key role during bidding and implementation phases.

Coordinate with project teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure schedule, cost, and scope adherence while driving best practices, risk management, and successful project delivery for critical facilities such as data centers and hospitals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of electrical/related project experience with a relevant degree, or 9+ years with a Master's.
• Proficiency in CPM scheduling and general contractor schedules.
• Strong scheduling and cost-control abilities for large projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer large-scale electrical construction projects from initiation to close.
• Lead proposal, design, installation, and closeout phases with a focus on schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with estimators, schedulers, and customers to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain WBS, resource plans, and baseline schedules.
• Ensure permits, licenses, and inspections are completed timely.
