Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of construction industry experience with Bachelor's degree.
• Master's degree in Engineering with 3+ years of construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical discussions, projects, and programs.
• Validate world class technical solutions on projects.
• Ensure engineering best practices across multiple disciplines.
• Manage technical risk on a project.
• Provide oversight, direction, and technical expertise to engineering teams.
• Lead an engineering discipline to develop new and upcoming engineers and technical experts.
• Prepare client-specific solutions.
• Drive development and maintenance of project artifacts.
• Identify and implement work process improvements.
• Review project details with project leadership.
• Manage data integration from multiple company systems for insights.
