Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Project Leader in the Virginia area to drive strategy, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the Critical Infrastructure Solutions unit.

You will lead schedules, budgets, and resources, manage subcontractors, and guide cross-functional teams across MEP disciplines on mission-critical facilities. Ideal candidates hold a BS or MS in engineering with multi-discipline construction leadership experience, and possess strong communication and cost-control

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or Physics with 7+ years experience.
• MS in Engineering with 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Report to Senior Project Managers in developing and managing schedules, budgets, and resources for projects.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.
• Oversee and manage MEP installations, including coordination and shop drawings.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and provide guidance to project teams.
• Conduct site surveys, cost studies, and budget forecasting, ensuring financial accuracy.

Education

BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or Physics with 7+ years experience
