Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects in Houston. You will manage scope, schedule and budget while guiding a team of project managers and coordinators to meet client expectations and financial goals.

Responsibilities include establishing objectives, overseeing change orders, keeping logs, and coordinating with clients, prime contractors and A/E teams. A PE license is valued; 10+ years PM experience in electrical construction preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
• PE license is a plus and can enhance candidacy.
• Minimum 10+ years in project management, preferably for electrical construction.
• Experience mentoring others and conducting business development is a plus.
• Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall direction, completion and financial outcomes for multiple projects.
• Direct and mentor a team of project managers and assistants to deliver results.
• Develop and pursue new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Negotiate change orders and manage project logs and reporting.
• Maintain adherence to safety, schedules and budgets; communicate with clients and subcontractors.
