Job summary

The Ravin Group is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects in Indianapolis, Lebanon, or Noblesville, Indiana. This role focuses on coordinating field operations, managing schedules and resources, and delivering profitable, safe results for clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong electrical construction knowledge, leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple crews, project documentation, budgeting, and client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in electrical construction or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of electrical construction practices, scheduling, and field coordination

Responsibilities

• Direct electrical construction projects to ensure safety, on schedule, within budget, and per contract requirements
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and project information to support field operations
• Oversee field leadership and crews across multiple projects
• Review drawings, specs, and project docs; monitor progress and resolve challenges
• Monitor labor hours, project costs, and resources to support profitability
• Maintain relationships with customers, general contractors, field personnel, and internal teams
• Conduct site visits to evaluate progress and reinforce safe practices
• Identify opportunities and contribute to future business growth
• Ensure work meets quality standards and regulations
