Job summary

The Ravin Group in Indiana is seeking an experienced Project Executive – Electrical Construction to lead large-scale electrical projects, including data centers and mission-critical facilities.

This role oversees planning through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and client expectations are met, and requires a proven leader capable of steering multi-disciplinary teams on projects often exceeding $50 million.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical or construction discipline.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience, including electrical exposure.
• Leadership of large-scale projects valued at $50M+ and data center experience.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, teams, risk, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of major electrical construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial performance.
• Ensure installations meet design specs, codes, safety, and quality standards.
• Lead project managers, superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate project status and risks.
