Job summary

The Ravin Group in Kokomo is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead mechanical construction and service operations. You will drive project execution, safety, quality, and client satisfaction while managing workforce performance and financial results.

As a hands-on leader, you will coordinate with estimating, preconstruction, and business development to plan and execute projects, oversee day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with labor agreements and company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in mechanical construction operations or project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams.
• Experience working in a union environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping, or process work).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for mechanical construction projects and service within the Kokomo market.
• Provide leadership and support to the project team.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements.
• Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction, and business development teams on planning and execution strategies.
• Monitor project performance, labor productivity, cost controls, and financial reporting.
• Maintain positive client relationships and serve as a point of contact for operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor agreements, and regulatory requirements.
