You will guide execution planning, lead PMs and field leaders, and ensure project performance meets budgets and schedules while upholding safety and quality standards. This senior position requires strong communication and licensing alignment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in leadership roles overseeing electrical construction.
• Experience delivering large projects involving data centers, manufacturing facilities, industrial operations, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong team leadership paired with clear, effective communication.
• Licensing obligations and other jurisdictional requirements will be clarified through screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level direction for large electrical construction projects.
• Lead project managers alongside site superintendents and other field leaders.
• Maintain client partnerships and keep project expectations aligned.
• Evaluate budgets, schedules, emerging risks, and overall project performance.
• Help shape project strategy, support purchasing decisions, and coordinate planning with trade partners.
• Promote safe work practices, consistent quality, and efficient project operations.
