Job summary

The Ravin Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager on the north side of Indianapolis to oversee ground-up commercial projects. You will work closely with the on-site Superintendent to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and seamless turnover to clients.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in project management, strong knowledge of construction drawings, and experience with Procore. This full-time, in-person role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience with ground-up projects >$15M.
• Procore expertise required.
• Strong communication with clients, officials, vendors, and subs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project phases from start to turnover.
• Coordinate documentation and bid packages for subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets weekly.
• Reconcile pre-construction budgets with final costs after bids.
• Track and manage all project financials with accurate records.
• Lead regular team meetings to review progress against schedule and budget.
