Ideal candidates hold a BSCE, a PE license in Indiana, and 15+ years of roadway design experience, with strong knowledge of Indiana DOT guidelines and proven leadership of engineering groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE).
• Professional Engineer (PE) License registered in Indiana.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in roadway design.
• Expertise in conceptual, preliminary, and final plan production.
• Strong familiarity with Indiana DOT details and design guidelines.
• Prior experience managing an engineering group or department.
