Job summary

AE2S is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Senior Project Engineer to lead electrical design and project delivery for water and wastewater infrastructure across multiple locations. You’ll focus on power systems, I&C, and SCADA while guiding multidisciplinary teams.

This role designs water treatment and distribution systems, wastewater infrastructure, and electrical power systems (low & high voltage).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years electrical design experience.
• PE registration or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, I&C, SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design and project delivery for complex infrastructure.
• Serve as technical lead across power distribution, lighting, I&C, and SCADA.
• Manage projects from planning through construction (scope, schedule, budget, quality).
• Build and maintain client relationships while supporting business development.
• Provide QA/QC oversight on electrical designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Mentor and guide electrical engineers and technical staff.
• Collaborate with subconsultants to deliver integrated solutions.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve electrical system performance.
