Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Auburn, ME is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join our Site Engineering team. You will lead capital projects affecting facilities, utilities, and site initiatives, including two new warehouses with advanced supply chain 4.0 technologies.

On-site, Monday–Friday, you will manage timelines, risks, and cross‑functional collaboration with a Cincinnati-based central delivery team to deliver high‑impact projects that drive manufacturing and inventory excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant project engineering experience.
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, an electrically related technical degree, or relevant electrical experience (including military service).
• Demonstrated portfolio and project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Financial and budget management experience.
• Multi‑functional team leadership experience.
• Demonstrated technical mastery, leadership, & collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects as a mid‑level individual contributor. There will be management of other opportunities down the line for this position, but not within initial role scope.
• Manage strategic projects across site, region, and business unit stakeholders
• Create front‑end technical base plans
• Work with a central project delivery team based in Cincinnati
• Prepare project timelines inclusive of key project milestones, providing transparency to the project team(s) and communicating with cross‑functional teams
• Manage risks and define resolution strategies while creating clarity in ambiguous situations
• Develop new processes and routines for increased visibility and accountability
• Report on project progress and communicate relevant information to manager & leadership
