Job summary

Procter & Gamble's Auburn Plant seeks a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to lead capital projects spanning facilities, utilities, and site initiatives. On-site Monday–Friday, you’ll drive warehouse construction and automation with cross-functional teams, delivering 2 new warehouses and 4.0 tech advances.

Expect to manage budgets from $100K to $100 million, coordinate with a Cincinnati delivery team, and create clear front-end plans while enhancing output at the plant.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant project engineering experience.
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related degree (including military).
• Portfolio and project management experience; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Financial and budget management experience.
• Multi-functional team leadership experience.
• Technical mastery, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Prior manufacturing industry experience (preferred).
• CAPM or PMP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects as a mid-level individual contributor with potential future supervision.
• Manage strategic projects across site, region, and business unit stakeholders.
• Create front end technical base plans.
• Coordinate with a central project delivery team in Cincinnati.
• Prepare timelines with milestones and report progress to cross-functional teams.
• Manage risks and define resolution strategies; reduce ambiguity.
• Develop new processes for visibility and accountability.
• Report project progress to manager and leadership.
