Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 0–5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research experience, academic count).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision capability.
• Willingness to relocate and travel 10–25%.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of intelligent controls and automation.
• Oversee mechanical design, prototyping, and technology maturation.
• Translate R&D into scalable manufacturing processes.
• Drive packaging and material validation.
• Lead instrumentation, metrology, and quality systems.
• Guide robotics integration and factory automation.
• Build technical capability and promote digital solutions.
• Ensure HS&E/Quality standards.
