Procter & Gamble is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead technical teams at our Boston Go & Tech Center. You will tackle complex control systems, automation, and manufacturing innovations across technical centers and plants in the U.S.

You will drive strategic projects, build technical capability, and ensure HS&E/Quality standards while delivering impactful solutions from Day 1. Mobility and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related discipline.
• 0–5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data‑driven decision making.
• Willingness to relocate and travel 10–25%.
• Leadership and collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical excellence and strategic projects in technical centers and plants.
• Drive design, development, and implementation of complex control systems, automation, and Industry 4.0.
• Oversee mechanical design, development, prototyping, and tech scouting.
• Translate R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes.
• Lead packaging technology and material validation and specifications.
• Oversee instrumentation, metrology, and quality systems for optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure HS&E/Quality standards.
• Support robotics integration and digital solutions adoption.
